Refund Policy
It is important to note that specific refund conditions apply to product returns.Eatslim will accept product returns only where:
- The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought.
- The product does not match the sample or description
- The product is damaged in transit.
- The product is returned to Eatslim within 14 days of receipt.
Eatslim will offer the customer a complete refund or alternative goods if goods ordered are unavailable for despatch within 7 days of completed order. Please note Eatslim is unable to exchange or refund our products for other reasons than stated above.
